Closely followed by Activisions Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 with 3.6 million illegal downloads, and Battlefield 3 with 3.5 million. Consoles dont have near as high of a piracy rating due to hardware restrictions but they saw their honest share with Gears of War 3 being the highest on Xbox 360 and for the second year in a row Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the most pirated Wii game. .
